Guided Breathwork Journey

Join me for an intimate breathwork experience held in my home in Rescue, California.
These small circles are intentionally limited to eight participants to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive.
Through guided breathwork, you will be invited to release stored tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within you, allowing clarity and insight to arise naturally.
No previous breathwork experience is required.
